Tesco Bury raise £700 for SuperJosh’s Brain Tumour Charity!
On Saturday 18th October Tesco Bury held a SuperJosh day and invited Josh & his Thumbraisers in to help raise awareness & funds for his Charity.
It was a fantastic day with all the staff in SuperJosh Tshirts & Hoodies and Josh managed to stay wide awake all day which was a real treat.
He was very proud and enjoyed collecting and letting everyone know about his Charity.
Adrian Cooper Senior Manager at Tesco Bury said –
‘I feel really proud that Tesco’s Bury has been able to use its scale for good to raise this money for a popular & local charity, with thanks to Melissa Parry Charity Champion for her help coordinating our SuperJosh day.’
The day raised £700 for The Joshua Wilson Brain Tumour Charity which will help pay for a special buggy for one of the children with brain tumours that we are helping.
A huge thank you to everyone involved for their amazing support with special thanks to Charity Champion Melissa Parry who arranged the day and to the Store Management team!
