SuperJosh News: Issue No. 6
Hi folks, hope you’ve all had a good weekend and are looking forward to a fun filled week! We’ve been really busy with various events (which we still need to do proper write ups for to keep you informed) so this is a relevatively quiet newsletter this week. I am sure we will make up for it on Friday though!
We’d like to say a big public thank you to JKM events for their donation from the football goal in one at Woodstock! We really appreciate it, and know what a difference it will make.
Time to say goodbye…
It is with great sadness that we have have to report that last weekend we lost another superhero – 18 year old Max Bentley. There is so much we could say, but instead Dawn wanted to focus on how proud we are to have known Max and his family.
The SuperJosh Mobile
No doubt you have either seen our SuperJosh mobile via social media, or you may even have seen Daw out and about on the roads of Bury. If you were down at the Carnival on Sunday you may even have caught a glimpse of it hiding on a mound of balloons. Either way, our friends at RRG Bury Nissan have got a fantastic offer on throughout June – if you buy a Nissan Qashqai by 30th June they will donate £150 to our charity!
So, if you know anyone who is looking for a new car anyway – send them down to the team at RRG and they will make sure they are well looked after!
It’s a busy, busy time for the SuperJosh team at the moment.
Thursday next week sees the first North West’s premier business fair in association with theBestofBury, Bury Council and Bury Business Lodge. We are proud sponsors and will have our own exhibition booth (A4) so please pop on over and say “hi” to us. We’re really looking forward to meeting everyone.
The event starts at 10am until 4pm, at Castle Armoury in Bury. It looks like it’s going to be a long (but super fun) day, so feel free to bring along some coffee!!!
And maybe some cakes 😉
On Saturday, 20th June we will be at the St Anne’s Pub in Unsowrth for Josh’s Midsummer party. Hopefully the weather will stay fine, but even if it doesn’t, we are going to have an amazing day.
Why not pop down and say hello and take part in the various fun activities we have planned? There’s going to be a BBQ so plenty to keep everyone happy 🙂
That’s all folks…
We will be back on Friday with lots more to report on. In the mean time, please get in touch if you have any news you would like us to shout about – and remember to come and see us on Thursday!!!!
